{"id":1787,"date":"2019-10-10T14:19:16","date_gmt":"2019-10-10T14:19:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/themes.getmotopress.com\/booklium-bed-and-breakfast\/?page_id=1269"},"modified":"2026-01-28T07:50:18","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T06:50:18","slug":"terms-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/labonneauberge.net\/index.php\/terms-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms &#038; Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The&nbsp;liability&nbsp;for my&nbsp;bill&nbsp;is not waived and that I agree to be held personally accountable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or full amount of La Bonne Auberge Guesthouse charges.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La Bonne Auberge&nbsp;reserves&nbsp;the right to charge an early&nbsp;departure&nbsp;fee in the event guest leaves earlier than the original departure date.<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests with non-cancellable reservations will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times. La Bonne Auberge Hotel management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms. In Room Safes are provided and recommended for guest use.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room or any internal\/external areas ofthe Guesthouse. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests found in the act of or with evidence of smoking while on Hotel \/ premises will incur a R 4000 fine per occurrence, with the exception of smoking in designated smoking areas.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Pool Policy I agree and acknowledge that when entering and using the unsupervised pool, I do so at my own&nbsp;risk&nbsp;and that Hotel Management shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death or property loss and\/or damage.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unless indicated otherwise above, I agree to be sent La Bonne Auberge Guesthouse email newsletter and other exclusive&nbsp;discount&nbsp;offers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deposit &amp; Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To guarantee a booking at La Bonne Auberge, La Bonne Auberge may ask for a deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All bookings are final after confirmation by La Bonne Auberge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following rules apply to cancellations of bookings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In case of cancellation 30 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount is due .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of cancellation 31 &#8211; 60 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount is due.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of cancellation 61 &#8211; 120 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount is due.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For cancellations made more than 121 days before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be refunded minus the corresponding bank charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deposit &amp; Cancellation Policy To guarantee a booking at La Bonne Auberge, La Bonne Auberge may ask for a deposit.
