From gnocchi made with ricotta served in brown butter scented with truffles, homemade pappardelle with wild mushrooms, porcini and Puglia Cheese labneh, to uova al purgatorio (a Neapolitan way of cooking eggs in tomato). Every dish is a testament to the versatility of their cheeses. Their Cheese Bar platters are a winner. They all come with various choices of cheeses, a tomato and garlic or rosemary focaccia, preserves and seasonal fruit.
